[Triumphs] Exciting opportunity

So, why don't several of us go together and buy or lease a place?  Perhaps
we could sublet it to someone who could use it during the work week.  Then
maybe we could use it evenings and weekends.  If we worked it just right
perhaps our investment could actually pay us a return.

How does that sound to anyone reading this list?
