[Triumphs] Carb problem solved!

I found the problem and it was me! The carbs had the tubes that come out of
the bypass valve plugged with what looked like tar. When I put the carbs in
cleaner it cleared the tubes. I didn't know why the tubes were plugged so I
looked in the manual and it showed the tubes connected to intake vacuum, a
valve and the distributor retard. Well the retard, valve and hoses were all
missing. I hooked the tubes to the intake manifold without the valve or
distributor retard. This is what caused the problem. I don't know why but
plugging the tubes back up solved the problem. I thank everyone for trying
