This is still tentative, folks.

"In Charles Runyan's most recent communication, he talks about moving S/P
to the weekend before VTR because of possible conflicts on Friday night.


"They [VTR] believe that drag racing on Friday night would take too many
people away from the VTR awards banquet. At their request, therefore, I
will probably move Summer Party up to the weekend before the VTR event.
That will make it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 13, 14, and 15, and
actually, I believe these may be better dates, as Triumph enthusiasts
can attend Summer Party on their way to VTR, and they might even caravan
from The Roadster Factory to Valley Forge on Monday, July 16th, as the
VTR event 
begins on Tuesday, the 17th."
