Arlie has got a couple of guys coming by the shop this Saturday afternoon.
9/22/07  He'll be grilling some brats around lunch time (and perhaps later).
So if you would like to talk about Triumphs and/or the possibility of using
the facilities, please come by.  Enjoy a brat and the company of other
British car nuts.  Directions are on the front page of www.sltoa.org.
That's where we had the last SLTOA meeting.  We'll try to keep the lift open
in case you want to check for loose bolts or other minor things while you
are there.  (If you have any major things you want to do, talk to Arlie
about joining the group or about paying to use the shop as-needed.)
 
I've got to work Saturday, so I won't be there till late afternoon/early
evening.  I'm working on my Ford Escort that I managed to blow the engine
in.  I'm thinking about taking the engine to be rebuilt.  I've got the it
out of the car and am currently pulling the accessories off to get it down
to the long block.  Anyone have any good advice (favorite local rebuilder)?
